1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via local bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our [Cancellation Policy] for details.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, local bank transfers, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment source.
5. Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
8. What should I do if I miss my delivery?
The courier will usually make another attempt. Please keep your phone switched on and reachable.
9. What is your return policy?

10. Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are allowed only if you received the wrong item. Contact our support within 3 days of delivery.
