1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any channel other than our official support contacts will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return request in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in temporary suspension of COD for your future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or debit/credit card).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

The product is out of stock or discontinued

Invalid address or incomplete shipping information provided

The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment or fraud detection system
If this occurs, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was made).
